Photo Slate 19cm

PLEASE NOTE:  Your photo needs to be as central as possible on the slate to avoid parts of the image being cut off during the sublimation process.  Please edit your image by clicking on the 'pencil' tool to adjust your image accordingly.

It's really important that you review your image carefully when uploading as we cannot be held responsible for photos that haven't been checked before buying. As we haven't seen the original image we are unable to compare back to this so please make sure your image is exactly as you want it before placing your order.

Please ensure your images are high resolution so that the print on the slate is the best quality it can be. Photo editing is not part of our service and your image will be printed on to the slate as it has been provided.

In order to get the best results for your photo slate: 

- Please upload a clear, high quality image without faces near the edge (or these may be cut off during the sublimation process)

- Allow for 1cm loss of photo - a picture with plenty of space around the main image always works best

- Please upload a centred picture as we cannot be held responsible for any faces that are cut off during the sublimation process

- Photos uploaded may be used across social media platforms and on our website, if you'd prefer us not to use your photo, please let us know when ordering

- Your photo will be printed as received so if you'd like your image to be black and white rather than colour, please ensure a black and white image is uploaded 

- If you are uploading an old photo, the quality of this image is likely to be low. We will do our best to product the best quality slate, but please bear in mind that there's a good change the quality will be lower than a digital, hi-res image.

- IMPORTANT - The sublimation process is a transfer process rather than print.  As a result, the colours and photo quality may change slightly due to the inks/transfer. We do our best to get brilliant results and the slates still make fabulous gifts.

This is a slate product and is very fragile so please handle with care, you receive the photo slate and 2 “feet” for the slate to stand into.

Please note: photos are printed on to rock slate as these are natural products, they may have small imperfections/lumps/surface marks/minor scuffs etc. Please be mindful of this when ordering.

Turnaround times can be up-to 21 working days on personalised items, although we do everything we can to get your items despatched as quickly as possible.
